• Register early as space is limited and all classes are subject to availability.
  • Some classes have a minimum registration and if that number is not met the class will not be offered. You will be notified of any cancelled classes.
  • All fees are due upon registration. We cannot register you or your child without full payment. We do not reserve space without a completed registration.
  • There are no refunds after the first class has taken place. Should you withdraw prior to classes starting you will receive a refund minus the $35 administration fee. All classes are subject to a non-refundable $35 fee for early withdrawal. This fee is incorporated in the price of the class. eg. For a $135 class, you would receive a refund of $100 if you withdraw before the start of term.
  • The Neptune Theatre Foundation cannot be held responsible for accidents or injuries incurred in classes or on its premises. Students/Parents are financially responsible for any physical damage they or their children may do to the building.
  • Neptune Theatre is the sole owner of all registration information. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others.
