Neptune Theatre School's March Break Camps are open for registration! These fun, creative, theatre based Camps will run Monday-Friday, March 18th-22nd (5 days). All camps occur from 9am-4pm, at the Shambhala School on Russell Street; with courses in drama and musical theatre.

4-6yrs (Drama) Patrol for Dramatic 'Paws' - $235

  • Bring your pup pack, and get ready to play! Adventure awaits us in this Paw Patrol themed drama camp. Choose your special skill to help our team create an exciting mini performance, and we’ll see you in Adventure Bay!

 

4-6yrs (Musical) You've Got a Friend In Me - $235

  • Howdy partners! Saddle up, and head on down to this spectacular song-and-dance camp! Full of music, games, and activities; there’s fun to be had and friendships to be made.

 


 

7-9yrs (Drama) Tell Your (Toy) Story - $235

  • Whether it’s “To infinity and beyond!”, or, “Reach for the sky!”; in this camp we will explore the dynamic art of storytelling. With inspiration from the likes of Sheriff Woody and Buzz Lightyear, we will work together to create our own toy-tally awesome play.

 

7-9yrs (Musical) Big Time Movie Musical - $235

  • Get ready to sing and dance to your favourite movie musical hits! We’ll take a look at the biggest musicals to hit movie theatres in the past ten years, and work on a high quality song and dance routine. With games, activities, warm ups, and foundations in musical theatre technique, you’ll be in the pictures in no time!

 


 

10-12yrs (Drama) Jedi Camp - $235

  • A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away…. you finish the rest! Create your own character and backstory from the Star Wars universe, and let’s see what kind of play we can create. Whether you fight for justice, or have chosen the dark side, the force is strong with you! 

 

10-12yrs (Musical) This Is Me Camp - $235

  • Show us who you really are! Everyone has the opportunity to shine in this musical theatre camp. Together we’ll work on hits from movie musicals such as The Greatest Showman and Hairspray, and develop our skills as true triple threats. Look out, ‘cause here we come!

 


 

TEEN- Leader In Training Program (FREE)

This program is aimed at training students to in arts leadership and instruction. Students should be 15yrs+. This year the program  will run from March 18-March 22, 2019 8:30am-4:30. Students will attend training sessions in the morning, and then get to shadow in our March Break camps in the afternoon. To apply please fill out the Application Form by February 15th:

  • Participant should bring their own snacks, Neptune camps are NUT & SHELLFISH FREE.
  • Pre and post camp care is available for students needing to be dropped off and/or picked up outside of regular camp hours. Pre camp care allows students to be dropped off between 8am-9am. Post camp care allows students to be picked up between 4pm-5pm. These services cost $25 each for the whole week.
  • All March Break camps take place at the Shambhala School on Russell Street. Please drop off and pick up at the gym entrance.
  • Participants should wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows for easy movement and indoor shoes.
  • Some classes have a minimum registration and if that number is not met the class will not be offered.  You will be notified of any canceled classes and issued a full refund.
  • There is a two month age buffer. If a student's birthday falls within two months of the class starting, they may register for the next age group (Ex: Classes start September 1st, and Samantha turns 10 on October 15th. She may sign up for an age 7-9 class OR an age 10-12 class.)
  • All fees are due upon registration. There are no refunds after the first class.
  • A non-refundable $35 administration fee is applied to all classes.
  • The Neptune Theatre Foundation cannot be held responsible for accidents or injuries incurred in classes, or on its premises.  Students/parents are financially responsible for any physical damage they/their children do the building.
  • Neptune Theatre is the sole owner of all registration information. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others.
  • If a class is sold out, please email school@neptunetheatre.com to be put on a waitlist. You will be contacted if a space becomes available on a first come - first serve basis.

 

Neptune Theatre subscribers and sponsors are entitled to a 20% discount of the camp fee. If you do not know your subscription or access number please contact Neptune Theatre at 902-429-7300 for assistance prior to registration. All refunds are subject to a $35 administration fee; there are no refunds once the camp has begun.
