Old Stock: A Refugee Love Story

October 30 - November 23, 2019 EXTENDED!

Tickets: $30-$61

A 2b theatre production
Written by Christian Barry, Hannah Moscovitch, and Ben Caplan. Directed by Christian Barry.

An inspiring tale in the face of unspeakable horrors

This Klezmer-folk music-theatre hybrid starring genre-bending sensation Ben Caplan is inspired by the true stories of two Jewish Romanian refugees coming to Canada in 1908. It’s a humorously dark folktale woven together with a high-energy concert about how to love after being broken by the horrors of war.
