A Journey of Awakening and Transformation

A powerful work from Indigenous artist-turned- playwright Samaqani Cocahq (Natalie Sappier) of Tobique First Nation. Featuring evocative choreography, this beautiful dance-theatre hybrid is the coming-of-age story of a young Wolastoqiyik woman awakened by the voices of her ancestors. Through music and movement, this show beautifully conveys feelings of sorrow, grace and hope.
