PD Day Camps

Join us for a fantastic PD Day Camp! Full of theatre games, crafts, and activities; these days are packed full of fun!

Neptune Theatre, Scotiabank Stage Entrance, 1593 Argyle Street, Halifax

$60 for the day, 9am-4pm

For students 4-12yrs of age

Drop-off 8:45am-9am

Pick-up 4pm-4:15pm

An email reminder with camp information will be sent out the week leading up to camp.

Due to limited space in the building, these will be the only PD Day Camps offered in the 2022/23 season. We are also unable to offer before and after care at this time.


Dastardly Dragons

October 28th

HRCE & CSAP Schools

Ages 4-7 & 8-12

9am-4pm

$60 per camper

Do you like to create your own characters, go on adventures, and improvise!? Then try playing dungeons and dragons. Design your explorer’s armour and backstory. Act out your adventure and put on your own theatrical masterpiece. Play theatre games to get in the zone in this awesome acting camp.

Please note, this class will be taught in English.

Musical Mischief

November 21st

HRCE Schools

Ages 4-7 & 8-12

9am-4pm

$60 per camper

Embrace the underdog story and take your shot at fame. Be a rebel by singing and dancing your feelings out loud so the whole world can hear. Be inspired by some amazing musicals and find your connection to the songs that make you want to get up and move. Make up your own choreography and belt out your favourite jams. This PD Day Camp will surely get you out of your seat.

Write Your Own Play

December 2nd

HRCE Schools

Ages 4-7 & 8-12

9am-4pm

$60 per camper

Haven’t you ever wanted to write your own amazing script and have actors showcase your incredible writing talents. Well this is your chance! Work together with your classmates to write a fascinating story full of action and dialogue. Workshop your piece with your group and brainstorm ways to make it the best it can be.

Please note, this class will be taught in English. 

Enchanted Extravaganza

February 20th

CSAP Schools

Ages 4-7 & 8-12

9am-4pm

$60 per camper

Check out a whole new world. Whether it’s under the sea or following the colours of the wind, you’ll get to act out your own character and make up a play. Sing and dance to some of your favourite songs as you feel the magic of performing. Create your own enchanted craft and be as creative as you want! 

Please note - this date is for CSAP schools. While we will do our best to employ teaching staff to teach in French, we cannot guarantee the program will be taught in French.
