Your privacy is important to us. We require your name, phone number, address and email to create a booking account in our system. This can be collected when buying tickets online, by phone with our box office staff, or in person at our box office and any financial information collected is deleted from the system as soon as it's processed. This information can also be collected when signing up for our newsletter.

We may send you emails and promotions from time to time strictly to share with you news about Neptune or Neptune shows and events.
