  Develop career pathways through mentorship, outreach, and partnerships (Prismatic, schools, IATSE)

  Co-produce and tour nationally / internationally

  Formalize and grow community partnerships (Mi’kmaw Native Friendship Centre, Discover Halifax, Africville Museum)

  Improve public awareness of Neptune’s full offerings (new website, influencer engagement, artistic development visibility)

Activate existing audiences as ambassadors through referral programs and volunteer engagement

  Embed equity, diversity, inclusion, and access (EDIA) in staffing, programming, and spaces

  Improve staff well-being, compensation, and professional development

  Strengthen board governance through clearer roles, evaluations, and strategic alignment

  Streamline internal systems and digital tools, including an AI policy
