Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a ticket, you are agreeing to adhere to the venue and event policies. Seating and other requirements are subject to change based on final capacity and health and safety protocols at the time of the performance or event.

Current COVID Protocols

Beginning July 1, 2022, masks will no longer be required but are STRONGLY RECOMMENDED
when attending a performance at Neptune Theatre.

Visiting Neptune Theatre has always provided an opportunity to gather and celebrate the best
of live theatre. Throughout the pandemic, our commitment to a comfortable, safe and engaging
experience has not changed – but doing so safely requires careful attention to important health
and safety measures.

We strongly recommend that masks be worn in our venues. As our theatres place the audience
so close to the action on stage, masking helps protect not only audience members but also the
actors, who cannot wear masks when performing. By keeping them safe, we all can help
prevent COVID-related performance cancellations.

Our employees are fully vaccinated and will continue to wear masks. They can also provide you
with a disposable mask should you forget your own.

For those who wish them, we are pleased to offer mandatory masking protocol for Sunday
performances only and we will maintain the additional safety measures outlined below:

  • Masks are required for staff and strongly recommended for all patrons visiting our
  • Enhanced cleaning/disinfecting of all our guest and staff areas.
  • Sanitation stations at all venues.
  • Regular sanitizing of high-touch surfaces throughout the theatre facilities.
  • Disposable masks will be available.
  • Exchange fees waived should you feel ill and need to reschedule your performance date.

yourself and others and avoid attending any performance if you are presenting any symptoms.

Scotiabank Theatre

Neptune Theatre is located on sacred land that has been the site of human activity since time immemorial. We are in Mi’kma’ki, the ancestral and unceded territory of the Mi’kmaq, and we acknowledge them as the past, present, and future caretakers of this land.

As artists, we are grateful to work and build community here. As stewards of culture, we are in the process of learning more about how our company can improve our relations with Indigenous People and uphold the values of collaboration and inclusivity in all that we do.
