Current COVID Protocols

Masks are no longer required when attending a performance at Neptune Theatre, with the exception of our designated Sunday performances*.

Visiting Neptune Theatre has always provided an opportunity to gather and celebrate the bestof live theatre. Throughout the pandemic, our commitment to a comfortable, safe and engagingexperience has not changed – but doing so safely requires careful attention to important health and safety measures.

As our theatres place the audience so close to the action on stage, masking helps protect not only audience members but also the actors, who cannot wear masks when performing. By keeping them safe, we all can help prevent illness-related performance cancellations.

*We are pleased to offer mandatory masking for select Sunday performances only and we will maintain the additional safety measures outlined below:

  • Enhanced cleaning/disinfecting of all our guest and staff areas.
  • Sanitation stations at all venues.
  • Regular sanitizing of high-touch surfaces throughout the theatre facilities.
  • Disposable masks will be available.
  • Exchange fees waived should you feel ill and need to reschedule your performance date.
